Transform Aid International Group welcomes feedback and is committed to efficiently and effectively resolving any complaints. We recognise the importance of complaints and regard them as an opportunity to rectify issues and better serve our supporters.

If you would like to refer the matter to ACFID then you can also lodge a complaint on their website.
